things to be happy about:
1) my host mom just gave me taiwanese sweets that she got from her friend. they were delicious.
2) there's nothing urgently due for classes tomorrow.
3) i have a field trip to an ethnic korean school with my Minorities class tomorrow. the history class is tagging along too. after that i've made plans to go to a bar with Martin and hang out over a couple of drinks. we're going to tell each other sad things and then cry about them. i'm looking forward to it.
4) i'm fine, i'm fine, i'm fine
